Terms & Conditions (Revised 12/9/2018)
Please read over the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service. It is recommended that you save a copy of this page for your records, as you will only be held to what is printed in this agreement at the time of your order, but we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
Section I - Payments
Payments will only be accepted through Paypal if you would like to make a purchase through the store. All other payment methods, including but not limited to checks or cash through the mail, can only be used if an order is placed via email. If you would like to order this way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Section II - Shipping
We ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excludes USA holidays) of receiving your order. In most cases, it will be faster than that. If your order contains an item marked PREORDER, please note that we will hold your entire order until everything is ready to ship. If you would like for in stock items to ship separately from preorder items, please create multiple orders or contact me.
If there will be a forseen delay in shipments, a notice will be posted on the front page of the site, or on any items that will take longer to ship. If an unforseen delay occurs (availability issue, etc), you will be notified via email as soon as possible. In general, with some exceptions, we process shipments every day of the week (Monday-Friday), with orders actually put into the postal system the following day after processing. There will be times that we will not be able to ship every day of the week, and if it will be more than 2 days of shipping delays, it will be posted on our Twitter page and at the top of every page of this website. If your order is time sensitive, please be sure to contact us before placing your order to make sure that we will be able to send it out in time.
Shipments will be made through the United States Postal Service or Federal Express unless a customer specifically requests another service (may incur additional cost). Shipping prices will be calculated automatically based on the weight and size of your order at checkout. Several shipping options are available for both international and US customers. Your options will be Parcel Select (slowest), Priority mail (faster), and Express Mail (fastest, but also very expensive). We also offer FedEx Home Delivery service as a less expensive alternative for larger packages. FedEx express options are also available, but our 1-3 day handling time still applies.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the shipping times given at checkout (e.g., Priority Mail 2-day, etc), are estimates from the postal service itself and DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. Please add at least 1-3 days to this estimate for a more accurate shipping time frame. Please choose the shipping option best suited to your needs. We will provide you with a tracking number for the shipment, and all domestic shipments include delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
For international shipments, we are unfortunately unable to mark these as gifts due to the potential legal ramifications of doing so; please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs taxes or fees charged for your shipment. If you do not receive your order in the expected time frame or something should become lost in the mail, please contact us immediately.
Section III - Return policy
Returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis. You have up to two weeks after the item arrives to make a claim by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will only be accepted if approved. Approved returns will receive a full refund less shipping only if the item(s) are in new condition with all tags intact. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is being returned as a result of an error on our end. Please note that the color differing from the picture does not constitute an error on our end (unless you have been shipped the wrong item) and will still require the buyer to pay return shipping. We highly recommend ordering a sample to make sure the fabric will work for your project! We offer fabric samples for $1 each with free shipping.
Returns that have not been approved, include fabric that has been cut or marked, are missing tags, etc will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.The following products are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns unless received in faulty or damaged condition: Twilight Phoenix Studios products, Niennis products, FurryCircuits.com products, Wolfeh Works products, and custom ABS plastic parts. These cannot be returned because they are custom made.
Please note that orders placed for small custom fur run preorders MAY NOT be cancelled once payments have been collected. These orders may be cancelled any time before payments are processed, however.
