Custom Fur Policies

Important Notes about Small Custom Runs (Be sure to read before placing an order):

  • The price listed is the starting price. The actual price is likely to be marginally or substantially lower depending on how many people sign up. The price listed here is the highest possible rate the fur will be. A notification with the final price will be sent to everyone prior to charges going through, giving you the opportunity to change or cancel your order before the charge goes through. We will also change your total to reflect the new lower price. We will not retroactively increase the price above the max price listed for any reason.
  • Though we will collect credit card information right away, you will not be charged until the order is finalized for each fur style. We will notify you of the final price the day preorders end, and will charge you 1 week after that date. You can modify or cancel any part of your order between the time the order is placed and the date of the charge.
  • Credit card info will be collected through Stripe, a secure, trusted payment processor. Just like with PayPal payments, FursuitSupplies.com will not see or store your credit card information at any time.
  • If you want to pay with PayPal, we are unfortunately unable to support PayPal payments on this platform. We recommend using the PayPal Debit Mastercard, which is a debit card that allows you direct access to your PayPal balance with no extra fees or charges.
  • If you have no way to pay with a credit/debit card, you can contact us to make alternative arrangements. Please only do this if you don't have any other options!
  • If, when charges go through, your payment is declined, we will contact you once regarding the issue. If you do not respond or update payment info within 1 week, your order will be cancelled.
  • Average production time is 2-4 months after payments are collected.
  • If you plan to order a large quantity of fur, please contact us for a calculated shipping quote. This platform only allows for flat-rate shipping, but we can offer a calculated rate for customers interested in 5 or more yards.
  • Since preorders end on different dates and furs come in on different dates, each fur will need to be ordered separately. Furs with preorders ending on the same date may be able to be ordered together.

Important Notes about Medium-Large Custom Runs (Be sure to read before placing an order):


  • The price listed is the final price, and unlike small runs, no adjustments will be made. 
  • Though we will collect credit card information right away, you will not be charged until the order is finalized for each fur style. We will notify you when preorders for a fur you have ordered have closed, and will charge you  2 weeks after that date.  We're offering more time on large runs than on small ones due to the unpredictable nature of preorder closures on these types of custom runs. You can modify or cancel any part of your order between the time the order is placed and the date of the charge.
  • Credit card info will be collected through Stripe, a secure, trusted payment processor. Just like with PayPal payments, FursuitSupplies.com will not see or store your credit card information at any time.
