Fabric Swatches

Recommended faux fur care:

Hand wash or machine wash with cool water only. Allow to air dry or use no-heat tumble dry if using a dryer. Excessive heat will ruin and melt the fur!

How to remove creases:

1. Lay the fur piece out on a flat surface. 

2. Using a hairdryer on medium heat, blow the fur fibers in the direction of the pile. You may want to use a slicker brush to help straighten the fibers. 

3. After a few seconds of heat, the fibers should mostly straighten back out. Repeat over the rest of the piece and it should be mostly fixed. WARNING: Don't hold the hairdryer for too long in one spot - this will cause the fibers to MELT which will permanently ruin the fur.

**NOTE: Beginning January 22, 2018 - Minimum order quantity for only swatches for international (non-US) customers is 7.  They don't have to be the same swatch, but you must order at least 7 swatches if your shipping address is outside the US and you're not ordering any other products.  Due to recent USPS rate and rule changes, the cost to ship one swatch internationally has increased significantly to the point where an order of at least 7 swatches is required for us to break even on the shipping cost.  This policy is not enforced at checkout, but if you submit an international for fewer than 7 swatches, it will be cancelled. Thank you for understanding!**

**NOTE: FABRIC SWATCHES WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS YOU ENTER AT CHECKOUT.** The reason for this is that setting these as "no shipment required" in our shopping cart software is the easiest way to offer free shipping on these swatches. If you order only swatches, you will only be asked to enter a billing address and no shipping address.

Simply choose the fur color swatch that you'd like to order, and we'll send you an (approximately) 3"x3"* square of fabric. You may order only one of each color swatch.

Shipping for swatches is free - please note that free shipping will only apply if your order consists of ONLY swatches.

*Generally swatches are 3x3", but the size does vary from 1x1" to 3x3" depending on how much of the fur we have available to send as swatches. Swatches are intended for color and texture comparison purposes only and are not guaranteed to be a specific size. Please note, multiple swatches of the same color will be sent as separate samples. These are intended as fabric samples only and for most use cases will not be large enough to be a "usable" piece of fur.
